i-BLE is a free ( as of freedom! ) BLE ( Bluetooth Low Energy or Bluetooth Smart ) utility tool that helps you discover all the discoverable BLE devices around you with all the feature and information related to them.
You can browse their advertising channels directly and without connecting.
You can also connect to any of the discovered devices ( without notifying the target device ) to browse their services and characteristics. after connecting to a device you can subscribe to a service or characteristic to be notified / updated once a change was detected in the device.
You can also read common information like the device name, its signal strength ( that correlates to its distance ) etc.
